Wet Marks or Wax Marks means, from the surfacer of the car paint layer, we can see the outline of the contaminated area on the under coat layer, or the appearance of matt spots of various shapes.
The reason for this defect is due to the following:
1. The surface of the substrate is not cleaned thoroughly before spraying auto paint, for example, grease or wax substances are not completely removed;
2. The previous paint layer was not dried or the defects of the old paint layer were not handled properly;
3. The old automotive paint layer is not compatible with the new paint layer spraying.
If the wet marks or wax marks is easy to see, it is recommended to sand off the paint layer and spray again.
