Sagging:
1. Phenomenon describe：
The phenomenon of flowing from top to bottom or thickening of the bottom edge during paint spraying or when the paint is drying. The sagging phenomenon generally occurs on the vertical surface.
2. Cause:
A. Improper construction, the distance between the spray gun and the construction surface is too close; the speed of the gun is too slow; the single-layer spray is too thick.
B. Paint construction viscosity is low.
C. The construction environment temperature is low, the paint drying time is too long, and the flashing time is too short.
D. The spray pressure is too low and the gun caliber is too large.
3. Precaution：
A. Use the correct spraying method and keep a proper spraying distance (generally 20CM).
B. Take the gun correctly, and it is not advisable to spray too thick in a single layer.
C. Add the thinner correctly according to the product construction process. Ensure proper construction viscosity.
D. Low temperature construction (winter), try to increase the temperature of the construction environment (ambient temperature above 10 degrees)
E. Choose the appropriate spray gun pressure and caliber.
4. How to deal with：
A. Waiting for spraying layer (2K color paint, varnish layer), after the paint surface is completely hardened，Use P1200# or P1500# sandpaper to polish and polish. If the situation is serious, it needs to be sprayed again.
B. The primer layer sags, after the paint film is completely cured.After sanding and sealing with two-component primer, re-spray.
