Meet the fire protection requirements.
The air flow in the spray booth must flow from the ceiling to the ground in the direction of gravity, and the air is discharged from the ground and filtered into cleaner air.
Ensure that the air in the spray booth completes the conversion twice per minute. Therefore, the indoor air flow rate should be 0.3-0.6/s. If the air flow rate is too high, the paint will lose too much, the coating state is poor, and the air flow rate is too small, which will affect the normal volatilization of the solvent.
All preparations before painting must be carried out outside the spray booth.
The filter must be checked frequently and replaced at the prescribed time.
Regularly check the lighting conditions and replace weakened or burned out lamps.
Lubricate and maintain the exhaust fan and motor regularly.
The ground must be moistened before spraying in the spray booth to help prevent dust.
After each painting operation, it should be thoroughly cleaned, and the related equipment in the spray booth should be maintained and cleaned.
Pay attention to personal hygiene, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the spray booth in dirty clothes.
The paint room must be clean, dust-free, and the air must be strictly filtered.
An exhaust device must be installed in the paint booth to ensure that the solvent and decomposed substances volatilized from the paint film during the drying process do not exceed a certain concentration, so as to prevent the paint film from affecting the drying speed, quality, or even explosion.
The wet paint film of solvent-based paint should allow a certain amount of time before drying to make most of the solvent in the paint film volatilize and level, which can reduce defects such as "orange peel", "pinholes", and "foaming".
