Tips for spraying plastic parts of cars
Everyone knows that bumpers are usually made of bare plastic without primer. Spraying tends to have a lot of dust. Because plastic is very static, hair and dust will stick up easily. Here is a small tip to avoid it.
After the bumper is polished, deal with degreasing and dedusting treatment. but for this dust removal, when you use the duster cloth to clean, the longer you wipe, the more dust attaching you will find. We can give up the duster cloth and use a piece of deerskin or a lint-free towel; wash deerskin or lint-free towel with clean water, wring it out, then wipe the bumper, wipe twice or more if needed, and then dry the water with a spray gun. Then we could spray plastic primer, colors etc.
If it is metallic paint, spraying the base color, then simply dry grinding it with #1500 sandpaper after drying, wash the deerskin or lint-free towel with clean water, wring it out and wipe it, then continue to spray. After mastering this skill, there is basically no dust; and no polishing treatment is required.
