How to keep the car paints in warehouse？
As we know ,the car paints are chemical and special products.
Most of the paints used are organic solvents, which are volatile, flammable, and toxic to a certain extent, so they must be sealed and stored.
It need a stable temperature and safe condition to keep it well.

1. Temperature
Most of the paints are Oil-, acrylic-, and latex-based paints,the best temperature
Is 60 degrees Fahrenheit to 80 degrees Fahrenheit,15-18 Celsius.
And please keep them from 15-25 Celsius degree,59.00 degrees Fahrenheit to 77.00 degrees Fahrenheit.
Temperature does not exceed 35 Celsius degree, avoid to exposure under the sun.
Cause too hot or too cool,it will disorder the molecular of the paint.
2. Safety
Please keep the warehouse tidy.
Must not keep them with Flammable and explosive stuff.
Please keep them away from Fire.
3. Humidity
Please keep Relative humidity below 75%.
Car paint must away from water.
4. Notice and Fire extinguishers
Please put some notices on the wall .
NO SMOKING and NO FIRE.
There should be fire fire extinguishers around the car paints.
5. The way to keep the used car paints
In some case,we have some used car paints.
And they need to be used for next job.
We advise the paints should be used within one month.
Further,we need to keep them in another way.
Please put them in glass bottles,seal the cover,and upside down the top of the bottle.
Two days later,put the bottle to stand again.
You’ll find the paints is not crusty and solid.
