Causes and solutions of needle-like holes in sprayed car paint
1. Reason：
1) Insufficient mixing of polyester fillers；
2) The polished surface still has solvent bubbles；
3) Insufficient bottoming of polyester filler.
2. Prevention：
1) Thoroughly mix the polyester filler;
2) Do not polish the solvent bubble, or completely remove the problem paint film;
3) Fill enough polyester filler.
3. Remedy：
1) Remove faulty topcoat;
2) Fill polyester filler after sanding;
3) Re-spray the topcoat after spraying the primer.
