Reasons and solutions for too fast leveling and rough curing of sprayed automotive paint
1. Reason
A. Incorrect spraying pressure or viscosity, spraying method or construction temperature
B The hardener or thinner used is not suitable for the environment of the spray booth
C Substrate grinding is insufficient
D paint is not mixed thoroughly
2. Prevention
A. Strictly follow the mixing and construction methods recommended in the paint technical data sheet
B. Properly prepare and sand the substrate
C. Avoid spraying under extremely high or low temperature and humidity, and pay attention to spray overlap, air pressure and distance
3. Remedy
Sand the surface smooth, then adjust with the appropriate hardener and thinner for the environment, and repaint. Polish after smoothing with P1500-2000 water sandpaper.
