Introduction of 1k Basecoat Colors

Characteristic: 1k basecoat colors with excellent leveling property, easy construction, excellent adhesion power and coverage power, can mix to all kinds of solid colors, metallic and pearl effect, mainly applies to intermediate cars, MPV and bus.
The following issues should also be noted when using 1k basecoat colors:
1. Surface cleaning: wash by warm soap, remove wax, silicon and other contamination with degreaser, sanding with P800-P1000, wash with clean water then keep dry; again with degreaser.
2. In an environment with a temperature above 30°C or a high temperature, properly adding retarder solvent for spraying can help to produce a quality refinishing job of good levelling and blushing-free.
3. The thickness of the metallic spray paint film should not exceed 25um, otherwise it is easy to cause problems such as poor adhesion between layers.
4. After each spray of metallic paint, flash dry. If there are dust spots and silver powder particles on the surface of the car paint, it can be wiped with a dust-removing cloth.
5. Flash-off time: At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats, it depends on temperature and paint film.
6. After spray, allow 10-20 minutes air-drying time, then spray clear coat at once. If wait too long, the adhesion will be affected.
7. Can be stored for 2 years in original sealed can, cool and dry place at 25°C.
8. There are two size for packing, 1L * 12 tins or 3.75L*4 tins.
