If the construction process is not rigorous or the construction environment does not meet the requirements, it is easy to find some defects that affect the appearance after spraying auto paint, such as small blisters or small bubbles on the paint surface, so what is the reason caused?
1. The substrate is not dealt with properly, the primer and putty are improperly sprayed.
2. The color paint or varnish layer is sprayed too thickly.
3. The evaporation time left between each two layers is too short, and the drying time is not enough.
4. The quality of color paint, thinner or curing agent is too poor, or the products are not matched.
5. The paint products are not mixed thoroughly or the mixing ratio is not right.
6. The humidity of the spraying environment is too high or the construction temperature is too high.
Based on the above, it is recommended to use the matching coating products, and operate according to the technical data sheet provided by the manufacturer, do not spray thickly at one time, allow enough time to evaporate and dry.
