Prevention methods:
1.Use qualified primer, wait for the primer layer to fully dry before spraying the topcoat.
2.Use recommended car paint products by manufacturer.
3.To fully mix the paint, ensure that the spraying environment meets the requirements, and spray according to the correct method.
4.Make sure that the paint film is dried under warm and dry conditions.
5.Thoroughly clean the surface of the substrate.
6.During the drying process, there must be proper air flow on the surface of the paint film.
7.Before spraying the top coat, wipe the primer layer with detergent and wipe dry.
8.It is forbidden to use strong detergent or cleaning agent on the surface of the newly sprayed paint film.
9.The paint film must not be polished before it is fully cured. Be sure to use the correct polishing paste when polishing.
Repair method:
1)The surface is usually polished with coarse wax and then polished to restore the normal luster.
2)If the loss of gloss is severe and the above method is still not satisfactory, the topcoat should be smoothed and then sprayed again.
