4. Improper paint mixing or spraying methods, such as low viscosity and excessive atomization.
5. The surface quality of the substrate is too poor.
6. As the humidity is too high or the temperature is too low, the paint drying speed is too slow. Solvent vapor or automobile exhaust invades the surface of the paint film.
7. The surface of the paint film is contaminated by wax, oil, soapy water or water; or the air in the baking room is dirty, and the air exhaust in the spray booth is poor, causing the dry spray particles to fall on the sprayed surface.
8. Too strong detergent or cleaning agent is used on the newly sprayed paint film, or polishing is performed too early after spraying, or the polishing wax used is too thick.
9. The topcoat or varnish is sprayed too thinly.
