How to Spray Car Varnish to Avoid Orange Peel?

The paint film has orange peel. He looks like orange peel. Some people say it is orange. After the varnish is painted, it always feels that the orange pattern is heavy and affects the appearance. This is the situation that sometimes occurs after the painter which from the Auto Coatings Manufacturers finishes spraying.
Why is this happening, how can we avoid it? In my opinion, there are three main reasons:
1, the quality of varnish is not good. After the varnish is sprayed, the leveling is not good and the orange peel is caused. Or the diluent is poor, the dissolving power is not up to the requirement, and the varnish leveling is not good. The thinner is too fast to dry, the varnish leveling is not in place, the thinner will be evaporated, just like half of the rice, the waiter will clean up the dishes, which is the reason.
2, the technology of painting can not.
A. It may be that the gun distance is too close, causing the spray to be too thick, or the gun distance is too far, and the paint film is too thin, which will result in poor varnish leveling.
B, the pressure of the spray gun is too high or too low, too high, the paint film will be wrinkled, too low, the varnish atomization is not ideal, the spray is easy to become granular, orange is inevitable.
C. After spraying, the static drying time is too short, and the paint film has not completely leveled to enter the baking room.

3, the primer film is not smooth, rough, affecting the varnish film.
